Day 1: Arrival day in Kathmandu (1,300 m)
On the first day highlighting your arrival hour at Tribhuwan International Airport (Kathmandu), our association representatives will be awaiting your warm welcome with a private vehicle to shift you towards a fine tourist standard hotel. Forward, we attend a short meeting to discuss the upcoming trek.
Day 2: Sightseeing valley and trek preparation
Kathmandu valley is a loaded spot holding the majority of the cultural and historical sites so today we move out to sightsee some major attractions aiming at Pashupatinath Temple, Boudhanath S, Tupa, and Swyambhunath Stupa (Monkey Temple) holding different facts along listed in UNESCO World’s Heritage Site. After inspecting amazing spots, we return for our bag packs and arrangements for the upcoming trek, and this night we stay in the same hotel.
Day 3: Kathmandu – Syabrubesi (9 hours drive)
Today after attending breakfast, our private vehicle picks you up and shifts towards the bus station for catching tourist standard vehicles towards Syabrubesi. Therefore leaving the valley behind, the bus heads towards the north by following the Pasang Lamu highway and crossing numerous settlements till Trishuli Bazaar is reached. After that following the unpaved path, we cross Dunuche to reach Syabrubesi. Tonight’s accommodation and dinner will be arranged at the lodge.
Day 4: Syabrubesi – Gatlang (6 – 7 hours walk)
Today, a forward-developed trek by following a secondary route takes up to the pass towards the vantage spot for inspecting Ganesh Himal, Gosainkunda, and Goljung Valley. From there catching the trail accompanied by Mini walls and small settlements, we ascend to Gatlang (beautiful Tamang village) along remaining hours will be spent exploring throughout and the night will be spent at the lodge in Gatlang.
Day 5: Gatlang – Tatopani (5 – 6 hours walk)
Today splitting beautiful Tamang village, we descend downward by following the trail passing numerous mini walls on the way to step Thambuchet. That after steeping Thambuchet, we ascend uphill till hanging bridge across the river and further ascend takes to Tatopani. In the evening hour, you can enjoy yourself by taking a relaxing dip in natural hot spring water. Tonight’s accommodation and dinner will be arranged at the lodge.
Day 6: Tatopani – Thuman (6 to 7 hours walk)
Today, we hike up to Nagthali which is the best vantage point of the Langtang region to view Ganesh Himal and Langtang Range. Therefore, crossing the Brimdang trail takes one to Nagthali Danda to sight magnificent towering mountains throughout. After that, we hike down to Bhote Koshi River to reach Thuman. Evening hours will be spent enjoying the dance and songs performed by Tibetan-influenced Tamang people and nights will be spent at a lodge in Thuman.
Day 7: Thuman – Briddim (5 to 6 hours walk)
Today, triggering Thuman and following the downward trail by crossing the bridge over Bhote Koshi River takes towards Timure. Therefore, again crossing another bridge over Penglung Khola along walking through the trail passing Lingling takes to Buddhism. This night will be spent at the house of local Tamang People and evening hours will be spent enjoying cultural songs, dances, and food with the host family.
Day 8: Briddim – Lama Hotel (7 – 8 hours walk)
Today, developed a walk by quitting Briddim behind and following the south takes to Khangjim. From there, the trail ascends heading east towards Rimche passing Sherpa village. Continuing, the trail forward passing the junction point and following Langtang River reaches Lama Hotel which is set in the forest near the river. This night will be spent at the popular Lama Hotel.
Day 9: Lama Hotel – Langtang (5 – 6 hours walk)
Today after attending breakfast at Lama Hotel, we develop our walk forward following the trail through the path of the forest. Therefore continuing to walk bypassing numerous settlements along crossing Langtang Khola, we reach Ghodatabela. From there, we ascend to Chamki and chasing trek forward catching the trail Langtang (the largest settlement of this area) stepped. This night will be spent at the lodge in Langtang.
Day 10: Langtang – Keynjing Gompa (3 – 4 hours walk)
Today leaving Langtang (Tibetan village), we climb up along then a steady ascend takes us to Sindum. Therefore crossing the cheese factory with a spectacular view of stunning mountains including Langtang Himal to the northwest and Yansa Tsenji and Kinshung towards the north takes to Keynjing Gompa. In the remaining hour, we explore throughout and the night will be spent at the lodge there.
Day 11: Exploration day
Today, we are above the height of 3,800 m so we don’t develop our trek forward but we stay fully active for an entire day exploring throughout. We plan to walk up towards the east of Keynjing Gompa to explore Tsergo RI or as an option, we hike up to the glacier. In the remaining hour, you can side trip to the Cheese factory or Keynjing Gompa village throughout and the night will be spent at the same lodge in the same place.
Day 12: Keynjing Gompa – Lama Hotel (7 – 8 hours walk)
Today following the earlier developed trail, we return by crossing several Tamang villages including Langtang to reach Ghodatabela which shares Tibetan culture. Therefore, continuing the walk ahead by following the trail bypassing opposed monasteries, temples, and forests take to Lama Hotel. This night will be spent at the famous Lama Hotel in Changdam.
Day 13: Lama Hotel – Syabrubesi (5 – 6 hours walk)
Today from Lama Hotel, we first hike to the junction point of the trail along following the bank of Langtang River. Therefore choosing the right trail, we hike toward bamboo by crossing a suspension bridge. Now following the south bank of the river, we move forward to cross another suspension bridge bypassing the landslide area and hot spring. After crossing the bridge, we continuously walk to Syabrubesi for spent an overnight.
Day 14: Syabrubesi – Kathmandu
Today by catching tourist standard vehicles, we follow the same earlier developed unpaved way to Trishuli Bazaar. From there, catching Pasang Lhamu highway with a beautiful magnificent schene of the Himalayas on the side takes you to Kathmandu. Finally, after steeping Kathmandu, our private vehicle will be there to shift you towards a fine tourist standard hotel and the night will be spent at the lodge. After that, we also host a farewell dinner in a fine Nepalese restaurant where you can enjoy ethnic dance and music with delicious Nepalese food and drinks.
Day 15: Departure
On the final day of the trip, you can go for collecting some memories for your loved ones before the flight time. Our company’s private vehicle will take you to the airport focusing your flight time for your final departure our representative wishes for your safe journey and successful forward steps with respect and greetings at the airport.
